You have been in the room with a family and understood the truthful answer was no. Delivering it came at a cost: a metric, your manager's satisfaction, a commission. In this role, giving that answer is the work.
Alpha operates as a private K-12 school network. Students complete academics in roughly two hours each day, then dedicate the remainder to developing practical skills—and performance data validates the approach. This is an on-site position at a single campus, in person daily, across one of 12 locations: Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, La Jolla, or Malibu, CA; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Boca Raton, FL; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Greenwich, CT; Nashville, TN; or Park City, UT. Indicate your preferred market at application.
Families pay a premium for this offering, conduct extensive due diligence, and pose challenging questions about academic rigor and expectations within the first ten minutes. The model succeeds only when enrolled families genuinely seek what it provides. In a compact cohort, a single family expecting something different alters the experience for all.
You will oversee the complete admissions cycle for one campus. Initial inquiry, fit assessment, campus visit, shadow day, decision dialogue. You serve as the sole point of contact for that family from inquiry through the student's first school day. A representative week might include: responding to all inquiries within four hours, guiding a doubtful father through the afternoon programming, coordinating a shadow day, documenting everything in HubSpot, and informing a family their child would benefit more from an alternative placement. You will manage 20 or more active families at varying stages concurrently. You assess fit, and you communicate outcomes directly, face-to-face, in your own language.
The network continues to expand, and operational standards evolve alongside it. Those who validate a market establish the FAQs, fit parameters, and benchmarks inherited by subsequent campuses, and they become the trusted referral among affluent families in their community.
This position is on-site at one campus, in person daily. Profiles that succeed in this capacity: admissions and enrollment leaders from competitive schools; high-value consumer closers serving families as the buyer, such as luxury real estate professionals, private client advisors, or premium practice proprietors; and hospitality or private service operators who have delivered white-glove experiences to discerning clients. If this describes you, apply and specify your desired market.
Enroll the appropriate families at one campus and ensure even the declined families perceive the interaction as quality service.
