What you will be doing
- Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on phonics, comprehension, and fluency development
- Creating customized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance metrics to optimize teaching methods and extract practical insights
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms using classroom evidence
- Building scalable, AI-integrated materials that help early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- 2+ years conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student behavioral trends
- Authorized to work legally in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Available for on-site work in Dorado, Puerto Rico
