This is your role.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a fragmented responsibility. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not filling seats. The objective is ensuring fit.
We welcome applicants from premium client service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have personally directed high-stakes client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with discernment, transparency, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus position. We are currently hiring in La Jolla, Los Angeles, Marin County, Palo Alto, Piedmont, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, South Bay. Relocation assistance is provided.
