This position involves shepherding families through the complete enrollment journey—from initial contact to final commitment—with every touchpoint demonstrating professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness. You will oversee daily family communications, organize admissions activities, and keep precise records that enable sound decision-making. In this role, precision and dependable follow-through are essential.
Your work will span both remote and on-site environments as you help families understand an educational model that diverges from conventional schooling. Your capacity to communicate with clarity, maintain organization, and deliver a seamless experience will have a direct effect on enrollment numbers and family confidence.

What you will be doing
- Oversee the admissions inbox with prompt, clear, and professional responses to prospective families
- Lead families through each phase of the admissions process using structured follow-up and defined action steps
- Plan and deliver admissions events such as information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings
- Collaborate with campus teams to arrange student visits and ensure a frictionless experience
- Keep admissions records current and accurate, tracking all applications and outreach activities
What you will NOT be doing
- Functioning in an entirely administrative capacity without direct family engagement
- Working within a slow-moving or heavily procedural institutional setting
- Concentrating solely on messaging without delivering strong execution and accountability
- Shaping overall admissions strategy or making ultimate enrollment decisions
Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing or operations-focused experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and experience managing records or CRM systems
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person event responsibilities
- Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person campus events
Nice to have
- Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
- Background supporting events or high-touch customer experiences
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Appreciation for outdoor, experiential, or non-traditional learning models, with the ability to communicate that value naturally to families
