Enrollment Associate

$75,000 USD/year ^{Pay is set based on global value, not the local market. Most roles = hourly rate x 40 hrs x 50 weeks}  ($37.5 USD/hour)

• Oversee the admissions inbox, delivering timely, clear, and professional responses to prospective families
• Lead families through each step of the admissions journey with consistent follow-up and well-defined action items
• Plan and execute admissions events, such as information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings
• Work closely with campus staff to schedule student visits and deliver a seamless family experience
• Keep admissions records current and accurate, monitoring all applications and tracking follow-up activity

• Functioning in a back-office capacity with no direct family contact
• Working within a slow-moving or heavily bureaucratic structure
• Emphasizing communication alone without robust execution and accountability
• Creating high-level admissions strategy or rendering final enrollment determinations

Deliver a clear, responsive, and effectively executed admissions experience that drives strong enrollment results and fosters positive family relationships.

• 2+ years of customer-facing or operations-focused experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and experience managing records or CRM systems
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person event responsibilities
• Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person campus events

• Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
• Background supporting events or high-touch customer experiences
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Appreciation for outdoor, experiential, or non-traditional learning models, with the ability to communicate that value naturally to families
