Description

This position will have you supporting families throughout the inquiry-to-enrollment journey, ensuring that every touchpoint demonstrates professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness. You will oversee daily correspondence, organize admissions activities, and keep precise records that enable sound decision-making. Here, attention to detail and reliable execution are essential.

Your work will span both remote and on-site environments, helping families grasp a school model that differs from conventional education. Your capacity to communicate with precision, maintain organization, and deliver a seamless, professionally managed experience will have direct influence on enrollment success and family confidence.

What you will be doing

  • Oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, clear, and professional responses to prospective families
  • Lead families through the admissions pathway with reliable follow-up and clearly defined next steps
  • Assist with and execute admissions activities, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings
  • Partner with campus staff to arrange student visits and deliver a seamless experience
  • Keep admissions records accurate and current, tracking all applications and outreach efforts

What you will NOT be doing

  • Functioning in a strictly administrative role with no direct family engagement
  • Working within a slow-moving or heavily bureaucratic structure
  • Concentrating solely on correspondence without robust execution and accountability
  • Shaping overall admissions strategy or making final enrollment determinations

Key responsibilities

Deliver a transparent, responsive, and expertly managed admissions experience that drives robust enrollment and positive family relationships.

Candidate requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing or operations-focused experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and experience managing records or CRM systems
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person event responsibilities
  • Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person campus events

Nice to have

  • Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
  • Background supporting events or high-touch customer experiences
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Appreciation for outdoor, experiential, or non-traditional learning models, with the ability to communicate that value naturally to families
