This demands campus operations that are rigorous, adaptive, and designed for scalability. This position controls all non-instructional functions that enable students and Guides to excel.
In this capacity, you serve as the campus's operational foundation. You handle parent and staff communications, manage safety and security protocols, maintain facility and logistical operations, and ensure technological reliability for the entire campus community. You respond when systems fail, identify potential problems before they grow, and introduce organized structure to fluid scenarios.
This is not a limited coordinator position. It is a direct, high-profile role for someone who excels with accountability, diversity of tasks, and execution. What you will be doing
- Serving as a key contact point for parents, students, and staff to deliver prompt, clear, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus safety functions including entry management, health response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and parent notifications
- Supervising daily campus logistics including attendance systems, transportation arrangements, facility upkeep, and office administration
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new personnel to guarantee operational preparedness immediately
- Overseeing student technology and campus devices, functioning as the on-site Google Administrator and technology point person
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering classroom instruction or providing academic support
- Mentoring Guides or influencing curriculum design
- Functioning in a purely clerical or tightly limited capacity
- Working within a slow-paced or entirely predictable setting
- Escalating unresolved issues to others rather than owning solutions

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles
- Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be available to work in person in Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA, Chicago; IL or Fort Worth; TX
