Alpha seeks a strategic community builder capable of converting discerning families into committed advocates for an unconventional educational model.

You will drive enrollment expansion and parent engagement for a California campus. Your objective is to establish a waitlist of at least 150 students through local outreach, conducting persuasive family dialogues, managing the full inquiry-to-enrollment journey, and empowering current parents to become active ambassadors for Alpha.

Alpha students achieve core academic requirements in two hours daily via AI-enhanced instruction, dedicating remaining time to practical skill development. Our families pose rigorous questions and demand thoughtful responses. You must confidently articulate how AI enhances learning, acknowledge its constraints, and demonstrate why Alpha's approach delivers superior results.

This is a campus-based, high-visibility role designed for someone who establishes credibility rapidly, maintains persistent follow-through, and upholds Alpha's principles while guiding families to informed commitments.

What you will be doing

  • Create local visibility through strategic partnerships, community engagement, workshops, and events that attract qualified prospective families
  • Conduct information sessions and personalized conversations that advance prospective families from initial interest to confirmed enrollment
  • Manage prompt follow-up, document family questions and commitments, and enhance conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment
  • Transform current parents into knowledgeable advocates who produce referrals and elevate Alpha's standing
  • Address family concerns with tact and strategic judgment while safeguarding Alpha's educational philosophy and standards
  • Apply AI tools daily to craft communications, identify feedback trends, refine outreach strategies, and articulate Alpha's AI-driven methodology to parents

What you will NOT be doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day school operations including attendance tracking, scheduling, or parent-teacher conferences
  • Organizing social gatherings that lack a direct connection to enrollment goals, advocacy efforts, or community expansion
  • Functioning as a passive response center or merely disseminating updates to parents
  • Altering Alpha's educational framework to accommodate individual parent preferences
  • Operating primarily from an office or depending solely on email communication

Key responsibilities

Expand the campus waitlist to at least 150 students through integrated community outreach, effective family engagement, parent advocacy development, and sustained relationship management.

Candidate requirements

  • Located near Lake Forest or Los Angeles/Malibu with daily commute capability, or prepared to relocate within 60 days; relocation assistance subject to approval
  • Significant direct experience cultivating trust with ultra-high-net-worth or similarly demanding families
  • Background in parent-facing, client-facing, or family-facing roles within independent or private schools, family offices, private wealth management, premium education, or equivalent elite service settings
  • Established ability to navigate sophisticated stakeholders through consequential decisions using discretion, compelling communication, and strategic judgment
  • Documented ownership of quantifiable results such as enrollment growth, conversion rates, referral generation, fundraising outcomes, community expansion, or client retention
  • Regular daily engagement with AI tools, including the capacity to explain AI strengths, risks, and boundaries clearly to parents
  • Commitment to full-time on-site presence and availability for early-morning, late-afternoon, evening, or weekend community activities as required
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Established networks within local private school or UHNW communities
  • Background engaging with founders, investors, or technology executives
  • Proven success building communities or programs that generate spontaneous referrals
  • Exposure to early-stage or rapid-growth settings characterized by significant ambiguity
  • Skill in converting complex technical subjects into clear, assured discussions
