The families you will serve are not looking for more vendors. They are looking for someone they trust completely.
This position is the foundation of that trust. You will be the individual families turn to when uncertainty arises, when they seek insight, or when they have something important to share. Not as a function of your title—but because you have earned their confidence. How you show up will define their experience of their child's education at one of five California locations: Palo Alto, Piedmont, downtown San Francisco, La Jolla, or South Bay (Los Angeles).
Alpha is constructing a fundamentally different school. Core academics are completed by students in two hours per day using AI-powered platforms, with the balance of their time dedicated to public speaking, critical thinking, and real-world execution. No lectures. No busywork. Outcomes in the top 1% nationally. Our families are well-informed, highly advised, and frequently skeptical. They demand clear reasoning, not rehearsed answers.
You will steer that dialogue over the long term. Not only during enrollment, but across multiple years. You will speak confidently about AI—its mechanics, its shortcomings, and its significance—particularly with families who found companies, fund them, or demand rigor in every choice. If you are unable to sustain that caliber of dialogue, this position will prove challenging. If you can, it becomes among the most intellectually rewarding roles in education.
This is not relationship management. This is sustained trust-building with ultra-high-net-worth families who demand discretion, judgment, and reliability. If that setting feels natural—and you use AI daily to think, write, and execute more efficiently—you will see the opportunity right away.
Establish and maintain deep trust with ultra-high-net-worth families, ensuring sustained retention, advocacy, and confidence in Alpha's AI-powered educational approach.
