Manage and own the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to detail
Engage in all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or virtual
This position ensures that a smooth, high-conversion admissions process supports robust enrollment outcomes and family satisfaction throughout Alpha's campuses.
