Description

Most admissions positions prioritize throughput. This position prioritizes integrity.

Alpha is constructing one of the world's most distinctive school frameworks. Our locations integrate demanding curricula, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely achieve learning velocity that exceeds national standards—confirmed by measurable outcomes. Afternoon hours are dedicated to advanced exploration, autonomy, and practical capability development. The model is proven. However, its success depends entirely on family alignment. Your role centers on that alignment.

You will manage the complete admissions pathway for a campus location, spanning initial inquiry to final enrollment. This is not a coordination position. You bear direct responsibility for the family experience, for ensuring model comprehension, and for validating enrollment decisions based on authentic fit. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive dialogue, and advise against enrollment when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not volume maximization. The objective is mutual suitability.

We welcome applicants from elite service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive entry programs, high-end hospitality, executive client relations, exclusive membership platforms, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen premium client engagement from inception to completion. What counts is your capacity to execute a refined, sequential process with discernment, transparency, and accountability. If your professional history involves delivering exceptional service where credibility, confidentiality, and experiential excellence shape brand perception, this opportunity will resonate. Apply now to elevate that standard in meaningful work.

What you will be doing

  • Directing the complete enrollment pathway for candidate families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
  • Facilitating diagnostic conversations to evaluate compatibility prior to solution presentation or pathway recommendations.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining full transparency on progression and follow-up requirements.
  • Orchestrating campus visits, student shadow sessions, and decision-oriented discussions that articulate results, requirements, and target audience with precision.
  • Sustaining precise CRM documentation and enrollment data (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting accuracy, strategic prioritization, and service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive conversion methods.
  • Admitting incompatible families to satisfy enrollment targets.
  • Supervising staff or navigating multi-tiered authorization structures.
  • Distributing family experience accountability across multiple departments.
  • Operating remotely. This position requires on-campus presence.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver a high-fidelity, selective enrollment process that secures aligned families while safeguarding the quality and outcomes of the Alpha educational model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing distinguished, individualized service in settings where delivery quality directly influences brand standing (education, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership services, or independently operated client businesses).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial engagement through integration.
  • Track record managing 20+ simultaneous client, patron, or family interactions across multiple stages, supported by systematic tracking and prioritization.
  • Capability to furnish specific instances of advisory decision-making, including occasions when you counseled against engagement due to misalignment.
  • Professional correspondence proficiency with C-level executives, affluent individuals, or discerning clientele.
  • Readiness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, or Tulsa, OK.
  • U.S. work authorization without requirement for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment management.
  • History in premium hospitality services, VIP client relations, or senior executive support functions.
  • Experience designing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to optimize enrollment quality rather than transaction velocity.
