Description

While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.

Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics with technology-enabled learning and maintain high expectations for both students and staff. Students regularly outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are structured to allow for depth, independence, and practical skill development. The model is effective—but only when paired with the right families. That is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, from initial application through final enrollment. This is not a role with multiple handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions are made with proper alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure fit.

We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside traditional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, high-end membership organizations, or owner-operators who have directly managed sophisticated client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through. If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, professionalism, and quality shape the brand, this role will be a natural extension. Apply now to bring that level of excellence to meaningful work.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the complete enrollment process for prospective families, beginning with initial contact and concluding with onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate fit prior to offering solutions or advising on next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of enrollment, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
  • Conducting campus tours, student shadow experiences, and decision-oriented discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation in CRM and student information systems (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting families with misaligned expectations merely to meet enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a large team or working within complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing ownership of the family experience across multiple departments or individuals.
  • Operating remotely. This position is campus-based and requires on-site presence.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that successfully converts well-matched families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated client services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial engagement through successful onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
  • Capacity to share specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your offering when it was not appropriate for the client.
  • Professional written communication skills with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Park City, UT or Scottsdale, AZ.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in admissions for selective private schools or enrollment for competitive programs.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive support functions.
  • Experience designing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service frameworks.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely speed.
