Description

While most enrollment positions focus on driving numbers, this role is designed to uphold excellence.

Alpha is developing one of the world's most forward-thinking school models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are dedicated to deeper exploration, self-directed work, and practical competency development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families. That is your mandate.

You will direct the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a shared responsibility. You determine how families engage with us, how well they grasp our approach, and whether their enrollment decision reflects genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not filling seats. The objective is ensuring fit.

We welcome candidates from high-caliber service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective independent schools, competitive programs, elite hospitality, executive concierge services, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly steered premium client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with sound judgment, precision, and accountability. If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, professionalism, and experience quality are the brand promise, this role will resonate. Apply now to bring that caliber to meaningful work.

What you will be doing

  • Directing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning initial outreach to onboarding completion.
  • Facilitating consultative discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before advancing recommendations or proposing pathways.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining full transparency on progress and next actions.
  • Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-stage discussions that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting accuracy, strategic prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Employing volume-driven or aggressive conversion methods.
  • Accepting families whose values or expectations are misaligned in order to meet quotas.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or operating within complex hierarchical structures.
  • Distributing family relationship ownership across separate departments or individuals.
  • Performing this work remotely. The position is on-campus by necessity.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a relationship-centered, standards-driven enrollment process that secures the right families while safeguarding the credibility and effectiveness of the Alpha model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing elevated, tailored service in settings where service caliber directly influences organizational reputation (education, elite hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership services, or owner-led operations).
  • Proven ownership of a full-cycle client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning first interaction through complete onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently stewarding 20+ client, guest, or family accounts across multiple stages, supported by a structured approach to tracking and triage.
  • Capacity to share specific instances of advisory decision-making, including occasions when you recommended against your own offering because fit was not present.
  • Professional correspondence experience with C-suite leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Park City, UT or Scottsdale, AZ.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.
  • History in luxury hospitality operations, VIP client services, or senior-level executive support.
  • Experience developing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service delivery protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM intelligence to enhance enrollment alignment, not merely throughput.
