Description

While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this role is designed to uphold standards.

Alpha is constructing a school model recognized as one of the most ambitious globally. Our campuses integrate rigorous academic programs, technology-driven instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and personnel. Data confirms that students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks. Afternoon hours are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. However, success depends entirely on selecting the right families. Your responsibility begins here.

You will direct the complete admissions process for a campus, managing every phase from initial application to final enrollment. This is not a role where responsibilities are transferred between departments. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. Your work includes evaluating compatibility, facilitating meaningful discussions, and advising against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.

We welcome applicants from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capability to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through. If your professional background centers on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality define the brand, this position will resonate. Apply now to apply that standard to meaningful work.

What you will be doing

  • Directing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based discussions to evaluate compatibility before introducing solutions or advising on subsequent actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking of status and follow-up requirements.
  • Delivering campus tours, student shadow programs, and decision-making discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the model's target audience.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting families who lack alignment purely to fulfill enrollment targets.
  • Supervising a sizable team or operating within complex approval hierarchies.
  • Transferring responsibility for the family experience across multiple departments.
  • Working from a remote location. This position requires campus presence by design.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that secures the right families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or independently operated services).
  • Proven responsibility for a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience spanning first contact to onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family engagements at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
  • Capacity to supply specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your offering when alignment was absent.
  • Professional written communication experience with senior leadership, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, or Tulsa, OK.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background in selective private school admissions or enrollment for competitive programs.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support capacities.
  • Track record of developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.
