Description

This enrollment role does not exist to maximize volume. It exists to preserve excellence.

Alpha is constructing one of the world's most rigorous school models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and educators. Students advance measurably faster than national averages, and outcomes are verifiable through data. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and applied skill development. The model delivers results. But only when paired with the right families. That is your responsibility.

You will control the admissions experience from initial application to final enrollment. This is not a coordination role. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with full understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not volume optimization. The objective is strategic alignment.

We welcome candidates from elite service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, luxury client services, executive concierge roles, premium membership communities, or owner-operators who have directly managed high-value client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability. If your career has been defined by delivering exceptional service where trust, professionalism, and experiential quality shape brand perception, this opportunity will resonate. Apply now to apply that discipline to work of consequence.

What you will be doing

  • Controlling the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
  • Facilitating discovery conversations to evaluate compatibility before proposing options or advising on next actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across multiple stages of the enrollment cycle, maintaining full transparency on progress and follow-up requirements.
  • Directing campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-making discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and model suitability with clarity.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting accuracy, strategic prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive conversion strategies.
  • Accepting families who lack alignment in order to satisfy enrollment targets.
  • Leading a sizable team or operating within complex hierarchical structures.
  • Distributing ownership of the family relationship across multiple functional areas.
  • Performing this role remotely. Campus presence is foundational to the position.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls aligned families while safeguarding the academic rigor and operational excellence of the Alpha model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium memberships, or owner-operated client services).
  • Proven accountability for a full-cycle client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning initial inquiry to final onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ simultaneous client, guest, or family interactions at varying stages, supported by a documented tracking and prioritization framework.
  • Capacity to supply specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was absent.
  • Professional writing experience communicating with senior leadership, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
  • Work authorization in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background in competitive private school admissions or selective enrollment programs.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive concierge functions.
  • Track record developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service excellence frameworks.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment quality, not solely throughput.
