Description

Where most enrollment professionals are measured by volume, this role is designed to uphold standards.

Alpha is constructing one of the world's most rigorous school models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students advance faster than national averages—a fact confirmed by our data. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But its effectiveness depends on enrolling the right families. That is your responsibility.

You will oversee the complete admissions process for a campus, beginning with application and concluding with enrollment. This is not a role where ownership is shared. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether they enroll for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not maximizing numbers. The objective is ensuring alignment.

We welcome candidates from high-end service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have directly managed valuable client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with sound judgment, precision, and consistent follow-through. If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality define the brand, this role will resonate. Apply now to bring that level of excellence to meaningful work.

What you will be doing

  • Leading the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial inquiry through final onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate compatibility before offering recommendations or outlining next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, maintaining full transparency on progress and follow-up requirements.
  • Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-making discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring accurate CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Admitting families who are poorly suited to the model simply to meet enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple stakeholders.
  • Operating remotely. This position is campus-based by necessity.

Key responsibilities

Execute and oversee a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that attracts and converts well-matched families while safeguarding the integrity and outcomes of the Alpha model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated businesses).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization approach.
  • Capacity to supply specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your own offering when fit was inadequate.
  • Professional written communication skills with senior leaders, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clientele.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, or Tulsa, OK.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
  • Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.
