This is your mandate.
You will control the complete enrollment cycle for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a relay role. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they grasp our model, and whether enrollment choices are made with sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when that serves the family and institution best. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is mutual alignment.
We welcome applicants from elite service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, executive concierge services, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen premium client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to orchestrate a refined, phased engagement with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is provided.
