While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is constructing a school model of uncommon ambition. Our campuses integrate demanding academics with technology-enabled learning and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons shift focus toward depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model delivers results—but only when families align with its principles. That is your responsibility.
You will control the admissions process for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a coordination role. You determine how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and advocate for declining admission when appropriate. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is mutual fit.
We welcome candidates from premium service settings outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or owner-operators with direct accountability for high-value client experiences. The critical factor is your capacity to manage a high-touch, phased process with discernment, precision, and accountability. If your career has centered on delivering white-glove service where trust, discretion, and experience define the brand, this position will be recognizable. Apply now to apply that standard to meaningful work.
Direct and deliver a high-trust, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and educational performance of the Alpha model.
