Most enrollment positions prioritize volume. This role prioritizes standards.

Alpha is developing one of the most ambitious educational models globally. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics with technology-enabled learning and maintain elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely achieve learning gains that exceed national benchmarks, validated by measurable data. Afternoons are designed for depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But sustained effectiveness requires the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a role with multiple handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is the objective.

We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are hiring in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is available.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the complete enrollment process for prospective families, from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess compatibility before proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up activities.
  • Guiding campus tours, student shadow visits, and enrollment decision meetings that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the intended audience for the model.
  • Keeping CRM and enrollment databases current (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Admitting misaligned families to meet numeric targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Transferring responsibility for the family experience across multiple departments.
  • Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls aligned families while safeguarding the quality and effectiveness of the Alpha model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in contexts where service excellence directly influences brand perception (education, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership, or independently operated services).
  • Proven responsibility for a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts across different phases, supported by a defined tracking and prioritization method.
  • Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to poor fit.
  • Professional written correspondence experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, Southlake, TX, or Houston, TX. 
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.
  • Background in high-end hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions.
  • Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
  • Comfort leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity.
