Our campuses integrate rigorous academics with technology-enabled learning and maintain elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely achieve learning gains that exceed national benchmarks, validated by measurable data. Afternoons are designed for depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But sustained effectiveness requires the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a role with multiple handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is the objective.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high-value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are hiring in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is available.
