Alpha is developing a highly ambitious educational model. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics with technology-enabled instruction and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, with measurable outcomes to support it. Afternoon hours are dedicated to deeper exploration, independence, and practical competency development. The model delivers results. But only when matched with the right families.

That's your mandate.

You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus—from initial contact through final onboarding. This role does not involve handoffs. You are accountable for the family experience, for ensuring clarity around the model, and for confirming enrollment decisions are grounded in genuine alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not volume. The objective is mutual fit.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the entire enrollment process for prospective families, spanning initial inquiry to completed onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess alignment before offering recommendations or progressing to subsequent steps.
  • Stewarding 20+ concurrent family engagements across varying enrollment stages, with transparent tracking of progress and follow-up actions.
  • Guiding campus visits, shadowing experiences, and decision-oriented dialogues that articulate outcomes, expectations, and model suitability with clarity.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable accurate forecasting, informed prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting families who lack alignment in order to satisfy enrollment quotas.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing accountability for the family journey across multiple functions.
  • Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus-based.

Key responsibilities

Lead and deliver a selective, trust-centered enrollment process that secures the right families while preserving the quality and effectiveness of the Alpha model.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years providing high-touch, personalized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand standing (including education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or independently operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial outreach through final onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family engagements at varying stages, supported by a structured approach to tracking and prioritization.
  • Ability to share specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was lacking.
  • Professional-level written communication with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, Southlake, TX, or Houston, TX.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background in admissions for selective private schools or competitive enrollment programs.
  • Experience in upscale hospitality, VIP services, or executive-level support functions.
  • Track record developing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Facility with data and CRM tools to enhance conversion quality, not merely throughput.
