That's your mandate.
You will manage the complete enrollment process for a campus—from initial contact through final onboarding. This role does not involve handoffs. You are accountable for the family experience, for ensuring clarity around the model, and for confirming enrollment decisions are grounded in genuine alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not volume. The objective is mutual fit.
We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or operators who have personally stewarded high-stakes client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to manage a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, precision, and consistent execution.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are currently hiring in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
