You recognize that moment clearly. A student who once hesitated over words now reads with assurance. The tension fades. The trajectory shifts. If guiding students toward that transformation is what drives you, this position is designed with you in mind.
Novatio operates as a fully remote school committed to advancing students through individualized support, effective teaching, and outcomes that can be measured. We understand that learners struggling with reading require more than digital tools and practice sheets. They need precise intervention, steady encouragement, and instructors who can respond adaptively as situations unfold.
In this position, you will conduct virtual reading intervention sessions for students in grades 3–8, simultaneously building the confidence and persistence that fuel sustained progress. You will analyze assessment data to identify skill deficits, modify instruction promptly, and design interventions aligned with each student's current level. You will also facilitate brief motivation check-ins to maintain engagement, accountability, and pride in their achievements.
This position suits someone who appreciates independence, rapid feedback cycles, and clear results. If you seek the freedom to customize instruction while supporting students in achieving quantifiable improvements in reading fluency and comprehension, we invite you to connect with us.
