Senior Enrollment Counselor   $100,000 USD/year

Description

  • Remote · W2 in the US or Contractor in Canada · $100K/yr
  • Schedule Requirement: This position requires availability during evenings and weekends, with shifts extending to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Applicants must be prepared to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays, determined by operational coverage requirements.

Your role is not to pitch an institution. You are building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential choices they will ever make.

Alpha students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, then dedicate remaining time to developing practical competencies such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are positioned to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single point of contact: the admissions experience. This is your domain.

This represents a premium, white-glove service designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a volume-driven process of forms and scripted outreach. You will guide the complete admissions journey for your assigned families from initial contact through transition, providing concierge-quality support throughout. Your work includes inquiry qualification, decision-making guidance, and leveraging AI tools to eliminate administrative burdens so you can concentrate on what drives outcomes: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

If you seek a position where high-stakes client service intersects with rapid execution — and where AI functions as a foundational tool rather than marketing language — submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Assessing inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a white-glove experience independent of enrollment outcome.
  • Applying AI-driven tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to organize priorities, automate sequences, and minimize repetitive tasks.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible procedures — this role demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be constrained by multi-layer approvals or dependent on others for decision execution.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted advisor from initial engagement to final handoff.

Key responsibilities

Execute a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Proven experience managing high-stakes or emotionally complex dialogues with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience stewarding multi-phase processes from inquiry through completion.
  • Established ease with AI tools, automation systems, and workflow management.
  • Consistent ability to execute flawlessly on details — including record-keeping, follow-up cadence, CRM accuracy, and intuitive judgment about confidential information.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends in accordance with family accessibility.
