Independent School Admissions Officer   $100,000 USD/year

Description

  • Remote · W2 (US) or Contractor (Canada) · $100K annually
  • Schedule Note: This position requires flexibility for evening and weekend hours, including availability until 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You must be prepared to work a variable schedule spanning weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays as determined by operational demand.

Your role is not to pitch a school. It is to build trust with families navigating one of the most consequential choices they will make.

Alpha students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered learning systems, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing practical capabilities such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are targeting the launch of 25 additional campuses by year-end 2025, and each begins with a foundational interaction: the admissions experience. This is your domain.

You will deliver a premium, personalized engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process driven by forms or scripted outreach. You will shepherd the complete admissions lifecycle for your assigned families from initial contact through transition, providing concierge-caliber service throughout. Your work includes lead qualification, decision support, and strategic use of AI to eliminate administrative friction so you can concentrate on what drives outcomes: trust-building, conversion, and relationship stewardship.

If you seek a position where demanding service standards intersect with rapid execution — and where AI is embedded in operations, not treated as marketing language — submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions lifecycle for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the central liaison for all parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and ongoing follow-up — ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, automate routine touchpoints, and minimize administrative overhead.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible frameworks — this role demands discernment, poise, and interpersonal sophistication.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles — you will not be constrained by layered approvals or dependent on others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury retail, philanthropic development, executive talent acquisition).
  • Demonstrated history of managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience orchestrating multi-phase journeys from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Confirmed capability with AI applications, automation frameworks, and priority management systems.
  • Established track record of flawless detail management — encompassing documentation accuracy, timely follow-through, CRM maintenance, and instinctive judgment about confidential versus shareable information.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with independent work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Willingness to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.

Nice to have

Prior knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrable commitment to education innovation.
