Senior Admissions Specialist   $100,000 USD/year

Description

  • Remote · W2 (U.S.) or Contractor (Canada) · $100K annually
  • Schedule Requirement: This position requires availability during evenings and weekends, including shifts extending to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Applicants must be prepared to work a variable schedule encompassing weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays according to operational demands.

This role is not about selling a school. It's about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will face.

Alpha's students complete core academics in just two hours daily through AI-powered learning platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing real-world competencies such as entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. With plans to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, every expansion begins with one critical touchpoint: the admissions experience. Your work will define that experience.

This is a premium, concierge-level engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a volume-based process driven by paperwork or standardized scripts. You will oversee the complete admissions process for your assigned families, from initial contact through transition, providing personalized service throughout. Your responsibilities include qualifying inquiries, supporting families through their evaluation process, and utilizing AI tools to handle administrative tasks so you can prioritize what truly matters: building relationships, driving enrollment, and establishing trust.

If you seek a position where high-impact service converges with rapid execution — and where AI is a fundamental operating principle rather than industry jargon — submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, appointment coordination, and all follow-up communications — ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to manage task priorities, automate routine communications, and minimize manual processes.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental clearances or dependent on others to move forward.
  • Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-focused role with documented conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Established competency with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
  • Confirmed capability to execute details with precision — including record-keeping, follow-through, CRM maintenance, and intuitive judgment regarding internal information protocols.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Willingness to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
