Senior Admissions Counselor   $100,000 USD/year

Description

  • Remote · W2 (U.S.) or Contractor (Canada) · $100K annually
  • Schedule Note: This position includes required evening and weekend availability, with coverage extending to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You must be prepared to work a flexible schedule across weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays to meet operational needs.

This role is not about selling a school—it's about earning the confidence of families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make.

Alpha students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered instruction, then dedicate the remainder of their day to developing real-world capabilities: entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We are set to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single inflection point: the admissions process. You are that inflection point.

This is a premium, concierge-level experience designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a transactional funnel or scripted checklist. You will shepherd the entire admissions journey for your assigned families from initial contact through handoff, providing sophisticated service throughout. Your work includes qualifying inquiries, advising families as they deliberate, and deploying AI tools to eliminate administrative overhead so you can concentrate on what drives outcomes: relationships, trust, and enrollment.

If you seek a position where precision service converges with rapid execution—and where AI is embedded as a foundational operating principle—submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Guiding the complete admissions process for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Assessing inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the central liaison for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and follow-through—ensuring a refined experience at every touchpoint.
  • Using AI applications and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, automate workflows, and minimize administrative burden.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following rigid scripts or formulaic processes—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic bottlenecks—you will not be constrained by multi-layer approvals or dependent on others to advance your work.
  • Handing off relationship ownership—you remain the accountable contact from initiation through conclusion.

Key responsibilities

Execute a sophisticated, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a relationship-intensive role with documented conversion metrics (examples: admissions, luxury sales, major gifts, executive search).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex dialogues with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience stewarding multi-phase journeys from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Proven comfort with AI tooling, process automation, and task prioritization frameworks.
  • Consistent record of managing operational details with precision—including documentation accuracy, follow-up discipline, CRM integrity, and intuitive judgment about confidential information.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Willingness and availability to work evenings and weekends in accordance with family engagement patterns.

Nice to have

Prior knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrable commitment to education innovation.
