Senior Admissions Officer   $100,000 USD/year

Description

  • Remote · W2 (U.S.) or Contractor (Canada) · $100K annually
  • Scheduling Note: This position requires availability during evenings and weekends, with shifts extending to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. You must be prepared to work a flexible schedule spanning weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays as dictated by operational demands.

Your role is not to pitch a school. It is to build the trust of families facing one of the most consequential decisions they will ever make.

Alpha's model allows students to complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, freeing time to develop practical competencies including entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are set to open 25 new campuses by year-end 2025, and each begins with one critical touchpoint: the admissions experience. This is your domain.

This is a premium, concierge-level engagement designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not a transactional process driven by paperwork or scripts. You will oversee the complete admissions cycle for your assigned families, from initial inquiry through to transition, ensuring a personalized, high-touch experience throughout. Your responsibilities include lead qualification, decision support, and the strategic use of AI to eliminate administrative friction so you can prioritize relationship-building, conversion, and credibility.

If you are drawn to environments where sophisticated service intersects with rapid execution — and where AI functions as operational infrastructure, not marketing language — submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions cycle for your portfolio of families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
  • Serving as the central liaison for all parent communication, scheduling coordination, and follow-through — maintaining a concierge standard irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI-enabled tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence priorities, automate outreach, and minimize repetitive tasks.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating from templates or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
  • Navigating bureaucratic obstacles — you will not be constrained by interdepartmental approvals or reliant on others to advance your work.
  • Outsourcing relationship ownership — you remain the accountable contact from beginning to end.

Key responsibilities

Execute a concierge-level, high-conversion admissions process that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth trajectory.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (examples include admissions, luxury retail, donor relations, or executive talent acquisition).
  • Verifiable success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience stewarding multi-phase processes from inquiry to completion.
  • Confirmed aptitude with AI-driven tools, automation frameworks, and workflow management.
  • Established capability to execute flawlessly on operational detail — including record-keeping, follow-up cadence, CRM maintenance, and instinctive judgment about confidential information.
  • Located in the United States or Canada with independent work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
