Description

  • Remote · W2 in the US or Contractor in Canada · $100K/yr
  • Schedule Requirement: This position requires availability during evenings and weekends, with coverage extending to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Applicants must be prepared to work a flexible schedule that encompasses weekdays, evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays in accordance with operational demands.

Your role is not to pitch an institution. Your mission is to build the trust of families navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will make.

Alpha students complete their core academic work in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing essential real-world competencies—entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We are positioned to open 25 new campuses by the close of 2025, and each begins with a single interaction: the admissions experience. This is your domain.

This is a premium, concierge-level engagement designed for HNW/UHNW families—not a transactional process driven by forms or templated scripts. You will steward the complete admissions process for your assigned families, from initial contact through transition, ensuring exceptional service throughout. Your work includes qualifying prospects, supporting families as they deliberate, and deploying AI tools to eliminate administrative burden so you remain focused on the essentials: connection, conversion, and credibility.

You will transform a hesitant parent into a passionate champion, and you will be the individual a family acknowledges when their child flourishes. If you seek a position where premium service intersects with rapid execution, and where AI is a foundational principle rather than empty jargon, submit your application now.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing the complete admissions process for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
  • Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
  • Serving as the central contact for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and follow-through—ensuring a concierge-grade experience irrespective of enrollment outcome.
  • Utilizing AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (such as HubSpot) to organize priorities, automate communications, and minimize repetitive tasks.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Following scripts or inflexible procedures—this position demands discernment, sophistication, and emotional acuity.
  • Becoming mired in bureaucratic processes—you will not be constrained by interdepartmental clearances or dependent on others to advance your work.
  • Coordinating campus visits, open houses, or admissions programming—your influence derives from direct dialogue, not event management.

Key responsibilities

Execute a concierge-level, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with quantifiable conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
  • Documented success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience shepherding multi-phase processes from prospect to enrollment.
  • Confirmed ease with AI tools, automation systems, and workflow optimization.
  • Established capacity to execute details with precision—including record-keeping, follow-up cadences, CRM accuracy, and intuitive understanding of what remains confidential.
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.

Nice to have

  • Experience in luxury retail, private banking, wealth management, or donor engagement—settings where confidentiality and refinement are essential.
  • Established connections or presence within affluent family networks.
  • Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or background in K-12 independent education or EdTech.
