You are someone who catches the missing form, identifies the incorrect date, corrects the file, and maintains system integrity before issues surface. If you find satisfaction in executing complex administrative work with minimal errors, continue reading. If you require strategy presentations, public speaking opportunities, or ongoing people-facing interaction to stay motivated, this role will not suit you.
Alpha School is expanding a new model of school network. This expansion presents a significant operational challenge: thousands of student files, enrollment packages, transcripts, medical documentation, attendance records, and compliance procedures must remain precise as the network grows. This work lacks glamour. It is critical. Accurate records enable schools to function smoothly, families to receive support, and leaders to avoid administrative burden.
You will manage the high-volume processes that support enrollment and student records across a multi-campus education network. During a standard week, you will examine intake documentation, handle records requests, maintain student information systems, audit data, address discrepancies, and assist with registrar workflows. As Alpha expands to additional campuses and enrolls more students, your contributions become integral to the operational infrastructure that allows the network to scale without disorder.
If you are methodical, precise, self-motivated, and driven by converting large amounts of information into clean, compliant records, we want to hear from you.
This role exists so Alpha School can scale enrollment across a growing school network with accurate, complete, compliant, and audit-ready student records.
