Description

You are Alpha's first point of contact. For the majority of families, you determine whether they can envision their child succeeding here. For external stakeholders, you embody what the future of education represents.

Our Austin K-8 flagship campus requires someone capable of establishing the benchmark for an entire network. This campus welcomes prospective families, educational thought leaders, media representatives, investors, international visitors, and corporate partners seeking direct exposure to Alpha. Every engagement must leave visitors certain they have witnessed something exceptional.

Alpha has redefined what school means. Students achieve academic mastery in just two hours daily through adaptive technology, dedicating remaining time to developing real-world capabilities via workshops, projects, and practical experiences. As expansion continues, our flagship campus functions as the reference point for all new locations. The experience you design here will influence not only Austin enrollment but also global perceptions of Alpha. This position demands outstanding hospitality, operational rigor, and executive-level presence. You will support families through one of their most significant decisions regarding their child while representing Alpha to prominent international visitors. You understand how to ensure every guest feels valued, every tour feels tailored, and every dialogue reinforces Alpha's distinctiveness.

If you are motivated by cultivating meaningful connections, excel when representing institutions held to exceptional standards, and seek to impact the future of education through your work, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.

What you will be doing

• Lead personalized tours, information sessions, and enrollment discussions that deliver exceptional admissions experiences, enabling families to choose Alpha with confidence.

• Function as the flagship campus ambassador for Alpha, welcoming media, international delegations, corporate partners, investors, education leaders, and other high-profile visitors.

• Develop trusted relationships with prospective families by understanding their objectives and illustrating how Alpha's approach enables students to achieve their full potential.

• Identify opportunities to enhance every touchpoint and establish scalable best practices, continuously refining the flagship admissions experience.

• Collaborate closely with campus leadership, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure all visitor experiences reflect Alpha's standard of excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

• Processing applications at a desk with limited interaction. This position is highly visible and relationship-focused.

• Adhering to rigid tour scripts or transactional enrollment methods. Every family and visitor requires a personalized, thoughtful experience.

• Dedicating your time to administrative paperwork rather than engaging with prospective families and distinguished guests.

• Representing a single campus. Your contributions will help define the admissions benchmark for Alpha's growing network.

Key responsibilities

Design exceptional admissions and visitor experiences that position Alpha's flagship campus as the benchmark for educational excellence, driving enrollment while demonstrating the future of learning to families and influential visitors worldwide.

Candidate requirements

• 5+ years providing premium, personalized service in settings where service quality directly affects brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, premium membership, high-value services, or owner-operated businesses).

• Proven ownership of a complete admissions, enrollment, or consultative client journey, encompassing application, needs assessment, solution presentation, commitment, and onboarding.

• Proven ownership of enrollment growth or a comparable high-value customer-acquisition objective, including proactive lead generation, local market or community partnership development, and measurable conversion or growth results.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent prospective clients or families across various pipeline stages using a CRM, database, or other documented tracking system.

• Ability to offer concrete examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your product or service when it was not the appropriate fit.

• Experience leading in-person tours, presentations, consultations, or hosted experiences for prospective families, senior executives, VIP clients, or other distinguished visitors.

• Experience creating professional written communications for executives, high-net-worth clients, or other senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to live in or relocate within 60 days to Austin, TX.

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience leading admissions, enrollment, guest experience, or customer success functions in a high-growth organization.

• Experience welcoming executive-level visitors, media, VIP clients, or managing public-facing events.

• Experience enhancing customer or visitor journeys through data, feedback, and continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and admissions or customer relationship platforms.
