When students struggle, most schools lower the bar. You take a different approach.
You are convinced that young learners can achieve far more than conventional classrooms demand of them, and you have led teams that deliver measurable proof. You understand that high standards, accountability, and intrinsic motivation transform lives—not another set of worksheets.
Alpha's academic instruction takes place in just two morning hours using adaptive learning technology. This structure allows you to concentrate on the work with the greatest long-term impact: developing students into independent learners and coaching the Guides who facilitate that growth. You will be accountable for outcomes within a K-3 cohort, relying on data, direct observation, and targeted coaching to ensure that every child thrives academically, learns at twice the typical pace, and builds outstanding life skills.
This role is neither an instructional coaching position nor a principal role. Your days will not be consumed by administrative meetings or paperwork. Instead, you will spend time in classrooms, evaluating both student and Guide performance, leading workshops on topics like communication, focus, resilience, and accountability, and coaching children and adults toward concrete, measurable progress.
Your impact will extend beyond your immediate cohort. You will capture best practices, create playbooks that elevate standards school-wide, and contribute to how Alpha trains future Guides. If you are motivated by developing people, scaling what works, and demonstrating that exceptional results follow high expectations, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
Fulfill Alpha's three commitments for every K-3 student by cultivating high-performing Guides, intrinsically motivated students, and a coaching culture that reliably generates exceptional academic and life outcomes.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
