The families you serve don't require additional services. They require someone they can trust implicitly.
This position sits at the heart of that trust. You will become the individual families turn to when something doesn't feel right, when they seek perspective, or when they wish to share something meaningful. Not because it's mandated—but because you've built it. Your role will define how they experience their child's education across one of two Bay Area locations: downtown San Francisco or San Rafael.
Alpha is constructing a fundamentally different school. Students complete core academic work in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to critical thinking, public speaking, and real-world application. No busywork. No lectures. Top 1% outcomes nationally. Our families are well-advised, sophisticated, and frequently skeptical. They demand clear reasoning, not rehearsed responses.
You will steward that dialogue across time. Not only during enrollment, but throughout years. You will speak with fluency about AI—its mechanics, its shortcomings, and its significance—particularly with families who invest in companies, build them, or demand precision in every choice. If you cannot sustain that caliber of dialogue, this role will feel burdensome. If you can, it becomes among the most intellectually stimulating positions in education.
This is not customer management. This is sustained trust-building with ultra-high-net-worth families who demand consistency, judgment, and discretion. If that context feels recognizable—and you use AI daily to write, think, and operate with greater speed—you will see the opportunity at once.
Develop and maintain deep trust with ultra-high-net-worth families, driving long-term retention, confidence in Alpha's AI-powered education model, and advocacy.
