The families you work with don't need more vendors. They need someone they trust unconditionally.
This position anchors that trust. You will be the individual families turn to when uncertainty arises, when they seek clarity, or when they choose to share what truly matters. Not because policy demands it—but because you have built that credibility over time. Your involvement will define how they perceive their child's education at one of two Bay Area locations: San Rafael or downtown San Francisco.
Alpha is creating a school unlike others. Students finish foundational academics in two hours daily through AI-powered systems, dedicating the remainder of their day to public speaking, critical thinking, and applied execution. No traditional lectures. No redundant assignments. Performance in the top 1% nationally. The families we serve are informed, well-connected, and frequently cautious. They value sharp reasoning, not rehearsed messaging.
You will nurture that dialogue continuously. Not only during enrollment, but throughout years of partnership. You will communicate with fluency about AI—its mechanics, its constraints, and its significance—particularly with families who found companies, fund them, or demand exactness in all choices. If you are unable to engage at that depth, this role will prove challenging. If you can, it becomes one of the most stimulating positions available in education.
This is not customer success. This is enduring trust with ultra-high-net-worth households who demand discretion, thoughtful judgment, and unwavering consistency. If that setting feels natural—and you leverage AI routinely to think, communicate, and work more efficiently—you will grasp the potential immediately.
Establish and maintain deep trust with ultra-high-net-worth families, driving long-term retention, strong advocacy, and sustained confidence in Alpha's AI-powered education model.
