The families you serve don't require additional services. What they need is someone they can trust implicitly.
This position anchors that trust. You will emerge as the individual families turn to when uncertainty arises, when they seek clarity, or when they wish to share what's important. Not because the title demands it—but because you've cultivated it. How you show up will define their experience of their child's education at one of two Bay Area locations: downtown San Francisco or San Rafael.
Alpha is constructing a fundamentally different school. Core academics are completed by students in two hours daily via AI-powered platforms, with remaining time dedicated to critical thinking, public speaking, and real-world application. No lectures. No filler assignments. Top 1% national outcomes. The families we serve are discerning, well-counseled, and frequently skeptical. They demand thoughtful analysis, not rehearsed responses.
You will steward that dialogue across time. Not only during enrollment, but throughout years. You will speak with fluency about AI—its mechanisms, its shortcomings, and its significance—particularly with families who launch companies, fund them, or demand rigor in all choices. If you are unable to sustain that caliber of dialogue, this position will prove challenging. If you can, it becomes among the most intellectually stimulating roles in education.
This is not relationship management. This is enduring trust with ultra-high-net-worth families who demand discretion, discernment, and reliability. If that setting feels natural—and you engage AI daily to accelerate thinking, writing, and execution—you will grasp the opportunity immediately.
Establish and maintain profound trust with ultra-high-net-worth families, securing sustained retention, advocacy, and belief in Alpha's AI-powered educational model.
