Intervention Specialist   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Alpha Anywhere operates on the 2-Hour Learning model: students complete a full academic day in two concentrated hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering back-handsprings. You will serve as the strategist who sustains this engine while evolving it for tomorrow.

Operating from anywhere with reliable internet, you will convert continuous streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, actionable interventions that guide each learner to 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles arise, you will conduct live coaching sessions, remove barriers immediately, and restore momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance data to identify hidden trends that unlock potential and build next-generation AI capabilities capable of doubling learning velocity.

Parents see rising confidence, students accelerate their progress, and you observe the tangible results of every analysis you deliver, every AI process you streamline, and every question you pose. If you are prepared to transform data into fuel for young learners, continue below.

What you will be doing

  • Producing highly accurate Academic Data Reports and performing systematic reviews to identify challenges, detect irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours
  • Delivering rapid "rescue" sessions and post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish true knowledge deficits from simple mistakes, and sustain student engagement
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and resources while prototyping AI and LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address targeted problems
  • Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, reporting interfaces, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending prolonged meetings or delivering generic presentations disconnected from measurable impact
  • Grading assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering conventional educational programs—AI and innovation lead our approach
  • Remaining at the strategic level without execution or becoming confined to repetitive duties—this position demands active involvement and flexibility

Key responsibilities

Elevate student learning outcomes via AI-powered analysis and immediate academic feedback, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application usage, lesson understanding, answer precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 1 year in a role involving coaching, training, or instruction
  • At least 1 year directly and repeatedly supporting K-8 students through recurring one-to-one or small-group academic coaching focused on learning habits, motivation, self-direction, test behavior, or executive-function routines; whole-class teaching alone is not sufficient
  • At least 1 year in a role that combined hands-on data analysis with direct student or learner support
  • At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, charts, or similar functions
  • At least 6 months using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in professional workflows to produce real work outcomes, not only casual search or writing polish
  • Available to work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or proven track record enhancing outcomes through evidence-based interventions
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and introductory programming skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs
