Student Achievement Specialist   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Imagine this scenario: Students complete a full day's worth of academics in two focused hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering back-handsprings. That model is the 2-Hour Learning system driving Alpha Anywhere—and you'll serve as the strategist who maintains its momentum while engineering its evolution.

From any location with reliable Wi-Fi, you'll convert vast streams of AI-generated performance data into precise, timely interventions that propel every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you'll initiate a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier in the moment, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you'll analyze dense flows of student performance information, identifying concealed patterns that release children's full capabilities, and architecting next-generation AI tools that could double learning velocity.

Parents observe rising self-assurance, students double their pace of learning, and you witness the measurable effect of every insight you develop, every AI process you streamline, and every question you pose. Ready to transform data into propulsion for young learners? Continue reading.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly accurate Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Facilitating rapid-intervention "rescue" sessions and delivering post-assessment coaching calls to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from simple errors, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and content while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address targeted challenges
  • Coordinating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending endless meetings or producing generic presentation decks with no visibility into tangible results
  • Grading papers, drafting lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working in high-level strategy without execution or becoming trapped in repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and agile

Key responsibilities

Deliver enhanced student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 1 year in a role involving coaching, training, or instruction
  • At least 1 year directly and repeatedly supporting K-8 students through recurring one-to-one or small-group academic coaching focused on learning habits, motivation, self-direction, test behavior, or executive-function routines; whole-class teaching alone is not sufficient
  • At least 1 year in a role that combined hands-on data analysis with direct student or learner support
  • At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, charts, or similar functions
  • At least 6 months using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in professional workflows to produce real work outcomes, not only casual search or writing polish
  • Available to work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday

Nice to have

  • Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
  • Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
