From any location with reliable Wi-Fi, you will convert massive volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise, actionable interventions that drive every learner toward 90% mastery and beyond. When a student encounters an obstacle, you will conduct a live coaching session, resolve the challenge immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance data streams, identifying concealed patterns that reveal children's full capabilities and engineering next-generation AI systems capable of doubling learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
- Facilitating rapid-intervention coaching calls and delivering post-assessment support sessions to eliminate obstacles, distinguish comprehension deficits from mistakes, and sustain student engagement
- Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while developing AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address specific obstacles
- Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Attending marathon meetings or producing generic presentation decks with no visibility into actual results
- Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
- Working exclusively on high-level strategy without execution or remaining confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and agile
Key responsibilities
Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real-time academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics including 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning behaviors across the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- At least 1 year in a role involving coaching, training, or instruction
- At least 1 year directly and repeatedly supporting K-8 students through recurring one-to-one or small-group academic coaching focused on learning habits, motivation, self-direction, test behavior, or executive-function routines; whole-class teaching alone is not sufficient
- At least 1 year in a role that combined hands-on data analysis with direct student or learner support
- At least 1 year using Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, charts, or similar functions
- At least 6 months using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in professional workflows to produce real work outcomes, not only casual search or writing polish
- Available to work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday
Nice to have
- Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data-driven strategies
- Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs
