We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who excels at tackling intricate technical problems and shipping features that create measurable impact. You will contribute to building AI-driven products that reshape the way individuals learn and develop. Your work will emphasize rigorous execution, with a focus on building systems that are scalable, maintainable, and meaningful.

The products you'll contribute to are redefining education:

  • TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok-inspired learning platform.
  • TeachTales: Delivers personalized, immersive storytelling experiences that enhance student comprehension.
  • TimeBack: Serves as an intelligent learning assistant that embeds within existing applications to coach students proactively.
  • Athena: Generates AI-powered videos and assessments to produce tangible academic results.

This position is designed to create tangible outcomes through functional software. You will apply AI tooling and cloud-native architectures to construct full-stack solutions that address substantive challenges—not simply complete task lists. You will be expected to deliver rapidly while maintaining quality, selecting the most straightforward correct approach that reconciles immediate velocity with sustained maintainability.

What you will be doing

  • Design and Deploy End-to-End Features: Transform user stories into delivered impact by clarifying requirements, architecting scalable systems, implementing both backend and frontend logic, conducting thorough testing, and releasing to production
  • Identify and Resolve Defects: Conduct root cause investigations, address underlying issues rather than surface symptoms, and implement intelligent testing strategies to prevent regressions
  • Elevate Code Standards: Conduct reviews of technical plans and pull requests to verify clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt accumulation at inception

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend systems purely for technical exercise
  • Executing specifications mechanically without comprehending the underlying challenge
  • Spending time in protracted meetings focused on strategic planning and prioritization, or coordinating with unresponsive stakeholders
  • Merely delivering output; your accountability extends to resolving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, ships efficiently, and remains maintainable over time

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend components of web applications (framework-agnostic).
  • Proven ownership: Documented track record of owning entire modules, product features, or teams—not merely contributing isolated tasks
  • Self-sufficient execution: Capability to resolve blockers independently, establish your own workflow, and navigate forward in uncertain conditions
  • Practical experience integrating generative A.I. into your routine development process
