We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who excels at tackling intricate technical problems and shipping features that drive measurable impact. In this role, you will create cutting-edge AI-driven products designed to revolutionize learning and personal development. Your focus will be on delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that matter.

The products you'll contribute to are reshaping education:

  • TeachTap: An AI-powered platform that animates historical figures within a TikTok-style learning interface.
  • TeachTales: A personalized storytelling tool that captivates students with magical narratives to enhance comprehension.
  • TimeBack: A proactive learning copilot embedded in existing applications to coach students in real time.
  • Athena: An educational platform leveraging AI-generated video content and assessments to achieve tangible academic results.

This position is centered on creating tangible impact through functional, production-ready software. You will leverage AI tooling and cloud-native infrastructure to architect full-stack solutions that address genuine challenges—not simply execute tasks. You will be expected to move quickly while maintaining quality, consistently selecting the most straightforward correct approach that harmonizes immediate delivery with sustainable architecture.

What you will be doing

  • Design and Deliver Full-Stack Features: Drive user stories from concept through deployment; validate requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct rigorous testing, and release to production
  • Identify and Resolve Defects: Perform root cause analysis on reported issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and implement intelligent testing strategies to prevent regressions
  • Elevate Engineering Standards: Assess technical designs and code submissions to ensure they meet standards for clarity, simplicity, and correctness, proactively preventing technical debt accumulation

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend architectures without clear purpose
  • Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying user need
  • Spending excessive time in meetings focused on roadmap discussions and priority debates, or coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Merely delivering features; your accountability extends to resolving genuine user problems

Key responsibilities

  • Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, ships rapidly, and remains maintainable over the long term

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience developing production-grade code for both frontend and backend components of web applications (framework-agnostic).
  • Proven ownership: Track record of owning entire modules, product features, or teams—not merely completing isolated tasks
  • Self-sufficient execution: Capability to resolve blockers independently, manage your own velocity, and navigate forward through ambiguous conditions
  • Hands-on experience incorporating generative A.I. into daily development workflows
