Senior AI Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Educational technology companies confront a pressing issue: producing learning content that captivates students while addressing their individual educational requirements. The market is saturated with one-size-fits-all solutions that fail to deliver results, and evidence shows that when learning materials don't resonate with students or accommodate different learning preferences, student participation declines substantially. This creates a persistent challenge for teachers who must deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction within limited time and budgetary frameworks.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform educational content development. Our focus extends beyond simply creating AI utilities—we engineer AI-powered architectures that produce adaptive, individualized learning resources. Imagine an intelligent "Second Brain" designed for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, responsive content on demand. This methodology distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace and expands what AI can accomplish in education, making learning more attainable, impactful, and engaging.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering opportunities. Your work won't be confined to programming or theoretical model development. You'll spearhead initiatives that reshape student learning by architecting and deploying AI-enabled workflows designed to deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role isn't suited for those seeking routine assignments or gradual refinements—it's designed for forward-thinking innovators determined to apply advanced technology toward meaningful, real-world outcomes.

Joining our team means taking ownership of AI-powered educational platforms capable of transforming how learning happens. You'll utilize LLMs as specialized domain authorities to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content with substance and relevance. If the prospect of applying AI to revolutionize education excites you, and you're ready to lead projects that challenge conventional limits, we encourage you to apply.

What you will be doing

  • Developing AI Content Generation Systems with Self-Improvement Capabilities – Construct agent-based workflows that produce educational materials and continuously enhance themselves through evaluation loops and systematic experimentation.
  • Establishing Evaluation Datasets & Experimental Frameworks – Design curated collections (input → anticipated output mappings) and scoring mechanisms to assess, benchmark, and refine the quality of AI-produced content.
  • Architecting Context Packs – Build structured knowledge resources that provide subject-matter grounding, empowering systems to deliver precise, superior educational content across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

  • Position LearnWith.AI as a leader in the EdTech space by delivering compelling, personalized educational content through advanced AI-driven solutions

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven track record integrating LLMs into production software products (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Demonstrated experience deploying production systems featuring self-improving agents that iterate on system design (e.g., agents that create their own tooling, optimize their own reward mechanisms, etc.)
  • Background in developing evaluation or regression datasets that guide self-improving systems and establishing quantifiable success metrics
  • Hands-on experience with contemporary agent-orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
