Senior AI Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a critical obstacle: creating educational materials that are simultaneously engaging and customized to each student's requirements. With countless generic, ineffective learning solutions flooding the market, differentiation has become increasingly essential. Evidence shows that when instructional content fails to resonate with learners or adjust to their distinct learning preferences, engagement declines substantially, resulting in a deficit of effective educational experiences. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver high-quality, individualized instruction while facing significant time and resource limitations.

LearnWith.AI directly addresses this challenge by leveraging AI capabilities to transform content development. We're not simply creating AI tools—we're engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-specific educational materials. Imagine an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—an intelligent knowledge system that can generate compelling, adaptive content at scale. This groundbreaking methodology distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace while simultaneously expanding what AI can achieve in education, making learning more accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This position extends beyond conventional AI engineering. You won't be confined to programming or developing abstract AI models. Rather, you'll be spearheading efforts to transform how students engage with learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role isn't suited for those seeking predictable assignments or gradual enhancements—it's designed for ambitious innovators ready to apply advanced technology to create tangible real-world impact.

In this key team position, you'll be responsible for designing AI-powered educational solutions with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You'll utilize LLMs as domain specialists to construct contextual knowledge packs and intelligent learning assistants, guaranteeing that our AI produces content that is both substantive and effective. If the prospect of applying AI to transform education excites you and you're prepared to assume ownership of projects that challenge conventional boundaries, we encourage you to connect with us.

What you will be doing

  • Designing AI-Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI tools, crafting prompts, and optimizing workflows through feedback from subject matter experts and end users.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as domain specialists to create and maintain documentation that captures knowledge and distinctive organizational intelligence.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring efficient and scalable data architecture.

Key responsibilities

  • Support LearnWith.AI in establishing market differentiation by producing engaging and personalized educational content using AI tools

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience
  • Professional experience integrating LLMs into software products (chatbot development or basic coding assistant usage does not qualify)
  • Proven interest in EdTech
