Description

Educational technology companies confront a critical obstacle: creating learning content that engages students while adapting to their individual requirements. The marketplace is saturated with generic, ineffective tools that fail to deliver meaningful results. Evidence shows that educational materials which don't resonate with learners or accommodate diverse learning preferences lead to sharp declines in engagement, widening the gap in quality educational experiences. Educators bear the brunt of this challenge, tasked with delivering personalized, high-caliber instruction amid limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond building AI utilities—we engineer AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, student-centered learning resources. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge engine that generates compelling, adaptive materials at scale. This forward-thinking methodology distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace and expands the horizons of AI application in education, making learning more inclusive, impactful, and engaging.

This position diverges from typical AI engineering assignments. You won't be confined to programming tasks or theoretical model development. You'll spearhead the transformation of student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those who favor routine assignments or incremental enhancements—it's designed for forward-thinking innovators ready to apply advanced technology toward tangible, meaningful outcomes.

In this critical role, you'll architect AI-powered educational platforms with the capacity to reshape the learning ecosystem. You'll deploy LLMs as specialized domain experts to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content that is substantive and effective. If the prospect of applying AI to revolutionize education energizes you and you're prepared to assume ownership of projects that expand the limits of innovation, we invite your application.

What you will be doing

  • Developing Self-Improving AI Content Generation Systems – Constructing agent-based workflows that produce educational materials and progressively enhance themselves through evaluation loops and systematic experimentation.
  • Establishing Evaluation Sets & Experiment Harnesses – Building curated datasets (inputs → anticipated outputs) alongside scoring frameworks to assess, benchmark, and refine the quality of AI-generated educational content.
  • Architecting Context Packs – Developing structured knowledge resources that deliver domain-specific grounding, enabling systems to produce precise, high-caliber educational content across multiple subject areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself within the competitive landscape by producing engaging, personalized educational materials using AI-driven tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Demonstrated experience integrating LLMs into production software products (simple chatbot development or basic coding assistant usage does not qualify)
  • Proven track record shipping production systems featuring self-improving agents that drove iterative system enhancement (e.g., autonomous tool design, reward function refinement, etc.)
  • Background curating evaluation or regression datasets that power self-improving systems and establishing quantifiable success metrics
  • Hands-on experience with contemporary agent-orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
