Senior Software Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a critical obstacle: creating educational content that engages learners while addressing their individual requirements. A flood of generic, low-impact learning solutions saturates the market, making differentiation more important than ever. Evidence shows that educational resources that fail to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences lead to sharp declines in engagement, widening the gap in meaningful learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction within tight time and budget limitations.

At LearnWith.AI, we are addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond simply building AI tools—we are engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-specific educational materials. Imagine an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge repository that generates adaptive, compelling content on demand. This forward-thinking strategy not only sets us apart in a competitive landscape but also expands what AI can achieve in education, making learning more inclusive, impactful, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You will not be confined to writing code or experimenting with theoretical AI frameworks. Rather, you will be spearheading efforts to redefine student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual optimizations—it is designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to achieve tangible, real-world results.

As an integral part of our team, you will architect AI-powered educational platforms with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You will utilize LLMs as subject matter authorities to construct contextual knowledge packs and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content that is both substantive and transformative. If the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education excites you, and you are prepared to take full ownership of initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we welcome your application.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, refining prompt strategies, and iterating on workflows informed by feedback from domain experts and end users.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Employing LLMs as subject matter authorities to create and sustain documents that capture specialized knowledge and proprietary organizational expertise.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for core business logic, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to stand out in a competitive field by producing compelling, personalized educational materials using AI-driven tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven professional experience embedding LLMs into software products (experience limited to chatbot development or basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Clear and demonstrable interest in EdTech
