Full Stack Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a significant obstacle: creating educational materials that are simultaneously compelling and customized to each student's requirements. The market is saturated with standardized, low-impact learning platforms, making differentiation more critical than ever. Evidence shows that educational content failing to resonate with learners or accommodate their distinct learning preferences leads to substantial drops in engagement, resulting in ineffective learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on teachers, who must deliver high-caliber, individualized instruction while facing limitations in both time and available resources.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly by leveraging AI technology to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond simply creating AI tools—we are engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-specific educational resources. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge base that generates compelling, adaptive materials at scale. This approach distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace while redefining AI's potential in education, delivering learning that is more accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering opportunities. You won't be confined to writing code or developing theoretical AI architectures. Rather, you'll spearhead efforts to reshape student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role isn't suited for those seeking routine assignments or gradual optimization—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to create tangible, meaningful change.

Joining our team, you'll architect AI-powered educational platforms with the capacity to fundamentally alter the learning environment. You'll employ LLMs as subject matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning companions, guaranteeing that our AI produces content that is substantive and transformative. If the prospect of applying AI to revolutionize education excites you, and you're prepared to assume ownership of initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we encourage you to connect with us.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from domain specialists and end users.
  • Developing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject matter authorities to create and sustain documentation that captures knowledge and distinctive organizational perspectives.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual infrastructure for business operations, maintaining efficient and scalable data architectures.

Key responsibilities

  • Support LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself within the competitive landscape by producing engaging and tailored educational materials using AI technologies

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • Hands-on professional experience embedding LLMs into a software product (building a chatbot or utilizing basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
  • Proven interest in EdTech
