Full Stack Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Educational technology companies encounter a significant obstacle: creating learning content that captivates students while meeting their individual requirements. The market is saturated with standardized, ineffective educational tools, making differentiation increasingly critical. Evidence shows that educational resources which fail to resonate with learners or accommodate their distinct learning approaches lead to substantial declines in engagement, resulting in inadequate learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on teachers, who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction while facing limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI directly addresses this challenge by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform how educational content is developed. Our mission extends beyond building AI tools—we are engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-specific materials. Imagine an intelligent knowledge system for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated "Second Brain" that generates compelling, adaptive content at scale. This forward-thinking strategy distinguishes us in a competitive landscape and expands what AI can achieve in education, making learning more effective, accessible, and engaging.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering roles. You won't be confined to programming tasks or working with theoretical AI models. Instead, you'll spearhead efforts to transform student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity isn't suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual progress—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to create tangible impact.

In this critical team position, you'll architect AI-powered educational solutions with the capacity to reshape how learning happens. You'll deploy LLMs as specialized domain experts to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning assistants, guaranteeing that our AI produces content that is both relevant and transformative. If the prospect of using artificial intelligence to revolutionize education excites you, and you're prepared to own projects that challenge the limits of what's achievable, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing Self-Improving AI Content Generation Systems – Develop agent-driven workflows that produce educational materials and continuously enhance themselves through evaluation loops and systematic experimentation.
  • Developing Evaluation Sets & Experiment Harnesses – Build curated datasets (inputs → expected outputs) alongside scoring frameworks to measure, benchmark, and refine the quality of AI-generated educational content.
  • Architecting Context Packs – Design structured knowledge artifacts that deliver domain-specific grounding, enabling systems to produce accurate, high-caliber educational content across multiple subjects.

Key responsibilities

  • Position LearnWith.AI as a leader in the EdTech space by leveraging AI tools to produce engaging, personalized educational content that sets us apart from competitors

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Demonstrated professional experience integrating LLMs into software products (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Track record of shipping production systems where self-improving agents drove system iteration (e.g., agents that designed their own tools, refined their own reward functions, etc.)
  • Background curating evaluation or regression sets that drive self-improving systems and establishing measurable success criteria
  • Hands-on experience with contemporary agent-orchestration tooling (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
