Senior AI Solutions Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a critical obstacle: creating educational materials that simultaneously engage learners and address individual student requirements. An excess of generic, low-impact learning solutions saturates the marketplace, making differentiation more essential than ever. Evidence shows that educational content failing to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences leads to substantial drops in engagement, resulting in inadequate learning outcomes. Educators bear the brunt of this challenge, tasked with delivering personalized, high-caliber instruction while operating under significant time and resource limitations.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly through AI-powered transformation of content development. Our focus extends beyond merely creating AI tools—we engineer AI-driven architectures that produce dynamic, individualized learning resources. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, responsive content at scale. This approach distinguishes us in an oversaturated landscape and fundamentally expands what AI can achieve in education, delivering learning experiences that are more accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering roles. You won't be confined to programming tasks or theoretical AI model development. You'll spearhead the transformation of student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual optimization—it's designed for ambitious innovators ready to leverage advanced technology for tangible, real-world outcomes.

As an integral team member, you'll architect AI-driven educational platforms capable of transforming the learning environment. You'll deploy LLMs as specialized domain experts to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content that is substantive and effective. If the prospect of applying AI to revolutionize education excites you and you're prepared to own projects that expand the frontier of possibility, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting Self-Improving AI Content Generation Systems – Developing agent-driven workflows that produce educational materials and autonomously refine performance through evaluation loops and systematic experimentation.
  • Constructing Evaluation Sets & Experiment Harnesses – Building curated datasets (inputs → expected outputs) and scoring frameworks to measure, benchmark, and enhance AI-generated content quality.
  • Engineering Context Packs – Developing structured knowledge artifacts that establish domain foundations and empower systems to produce precise, high-caliber educational content across multiple subjects.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in the marketplace by producing engaging, personalized educational content through AI-powered tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Professional experience integrating LLMs into a software product (building a chatbot or using simple coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
  • Experience delivering a production system where a self-improving agent drove iteration on the system itself (e.g., designed its own tools, refined its own reward function, etc.)
  • Experience developing evaluation or regression sets that drive self-improving systems and establishing measurable success criteria
  • Experience working with modern agent-orchestration tooling (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
