We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery for our application-tier products. You will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers as they develop educational applications serving thousands of students.
Example products in your scope:
This position balances individual contribution with team leadership: you will spend 50% of your time implementing sophisticated features and 50% mentoring and empowering your engineers. You define quality benchmarks, create architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with an emphasis on education, and facilitate professional growth. Your accountability extends to the team's collective delivery, not solely your personal output.
Expect high autonomy, lean structure, and minimal process overhead. Technical leadership is your domain; people management is handled separately.
