We are seeking Technical Team Leads to oversee quality and delivery for our application-level products. You will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications serving thousands of students.

This position combines hands-on execution with leadership: approximately 50% direct contribution to complex feature development and 50% team coaching and enablement. You will define quality expectations, create technical patterns, conduct code reviews with instructional commentary, and foster engineer development. Accountability extends to team-wide results, not solely individual output.
Expect a lean team structure with substantial ownership and minimal administrative overhead. Technical leadership is your domain; people management responsibilities rest elsewhere.
