We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery across our application-level products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.
You may contribute to products such as:
This position balances hands-on engineering with leadership: you will dedicate 50% of your time to building sophisticated features and the other 50% to coaching and empowering your team. You define the quality standard, create architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with an instructional mindset, and support engineer development. You own team results, not merely individual contributions.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal overhead. You provide technical direction; people management is handled separately.
