We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and execution across our application-layer products. In this role, you will guide a small engineering team of 3-5 developers working on educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position is structured as a player-coach model: you will spend 50% of your time building sophisticated features yourself and 50% mentoring and empowering your team. Your responsibilities include defining quality expectations, creating repeatable patterns, conducting instructive code reviews, and fostering engineer development. You own team results, not simply individual contributions.
