We are seeking Technical Team Leads to ensure quality and on-time delivery for our application-level products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers as they develop educational applications serving thousands of students.

This position combines hands-on technical work with team enablement: you will spend approximately 50% of your time implementing challenging features and 50% mentoring and supporting your engineers. You define quality expectations, create reusable patterns, conduct code reviews with instructional intent, and foster engineer development. Your accountability extends to the entire team's output, not solely your individual contributions.
You will work in a lean environment with substantial ownership and minimal administrative overhead. Technical leadership is your domain; people management responsibilities rest elsewhere.
