We are seeking Technical Team Leads to oversee quality and delivery for our application-level products. In this role, you will manage a small engineering team of 3-5 people developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position combines individual contribution with team leadership: approximately 50% of your time will be spent hands-on developing sophisticated features, while the remaining 50% focuses on mentoring and empowering your team members. You will define quality benchmarks, create architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with educational intent, and support engineer development. Team results fall under your accountability, extending beyond your personal code contributions.
Expect a compact team structure with substantial ownership and minimal administrative overhead. Your focus remains technical leadership; people management functions are handled separately.
