We are seeking Technical Team Leads to oversee delivery and quality across our application-level products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position combines individual contribution with leadership: approximately 50% of your time will be spent implementing sophisticated features, while the other 50% focuses on mentoring and empowering your engineers. You define quality expectations, create technical patterns, conduct code reviews with an instructional approach, and support professional development. You own team results, not merely your personal output.
