We are seeking Technical Team Leads to ensure quality and timely delivery across our application-level products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers as they develop educational applications used by thousands of students.
Potential product assignments include:
This position balances two key responsibilities: 50% direct development of sophisticated features and 50% mentoring and empowering your team. You will define quality expectations, create reusable patterns, conduct code reviews with instructional intent, and foster engineer development. Your accountability extends to collective team results, not solely individual contributions.
Expect a lean team structure, substantial ownership, and minimal administrative overhead. Technical leadership is your domain; people management responsibilities belong elsewhere.
