We're seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery for our application-layer products. You will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers as they develop educational applications reaching thousands of students.
Product areas you may contribute to:
This position blends individual contribution with leadership: approximately 50% of your time building sophisticated features, and 50% mentoring and empowering your team. You define quality expectations, create reusable patterns, conduct code reviews with an emphasis on teaching, and support engineer development. You are responsible for collective team results, not solely your individual output.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal process overhead. You provide technical direction; people management is handled separately.
