We are seeking Technical Team Leads to oversee quality and delivery for our application-level products. You will manage a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This role operates as a player-coach position: 50% direct contribution building sophisticated features, 50% mentoring and empowering your team. You define quality expectations, create technical patterns, conduct code reviews with instructional feedback, and facilitate engineer development. You own team results, not merely individual output.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal bureaucracy. You provide technical leadership; people management is handled separately.
