Novatio School operates as a tuition-free virtual public charter that offers students an alternative educational framework. Core academic work is completed in a concentrated time block with AI-enhanced instruction, while the remainder of each day is devoted to project-based learning and enrichment that builds practical competencies. Your function is to serve as the first substantive contact point for families considering this path.

Your weekly activities will center on rapid response to new inquiries, shepherding families through admissions procedures, and advancing them from curiosity to completed enrollment. You will also attend local community events to generate prospective student interest and expand school visibility in your region. During slower enrollment periods, you will support broader operational needs while remaining prepared for the next admissions cycle.

What you will be doing

  • Reaching out to new inbound leads within a 24-hour window and opening admissions discussions via phone
  • Presenting Novatio School's virtual structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
  • Maintaining disciplined follow-up to advance families from initial inquiry through application to final enrollment
  • Recording all engagement in a CRM with precise notes, action items, and updated pipeline status
  • Planning and facilitating local recruitment events in Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and collect new leads

What you will NOT be doing

  • Allowing inbound leads to sit unaddressed while handling administrative backlog
  • Relying on scripted dialogue or functioning as a high-volume call center operator
  • Participating in events as an observer rather than actively presenting and generating interest
  • Devoting the bulk of your time to back-office tasks during periods of active enrollment demand

Candidate requirements

  • Located in Texas or Arizona with availability for hybrid work arrangements
  • 1–2 years of customer service or other customer-facing professional experience
  • Background working with children or families (educational settings, camps, childcare, tutoring, or comparable environments)
  • Confident conducting frequent phone outreach and guiding families through multi-stage processes
  • Strong verbal communication capability with the skill to establish trust rapidly
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management systems

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification capacities
  • Background organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
  • Academic coursework or professional background in communications, education, or a related discipline
