This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment cycle for a campus, beginning with initial inquiries and concluding with onboarding. This position requires end-to-end ownership. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decisions stem from sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure alignment.
We welcome applicants from high-touch service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have independently overseen premium client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is provided.
