From any location with reliable internet, you will convert vast volumes of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, actionable interventions that guide each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you will join a live coaching session, remove the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze comprehensive student performance datasets, identifying concealed trends that release children's maximum potential and engineering next-generation AI capabilities that may double learning velocity.

What you will be doing
- Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing methodical analysis to identify issues, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
- Leading fast-turnaround "rescue" sessions and delivering post-assessment coaching conversations to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
- Assessing and integrating new educational applications and content while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address specific obstacles
- Collaborating with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
What you will NOT be doing
- Spending hours in unproductive meetings or delivering generic presentations with no clear connection to tangible results
- Grading assignments, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
- Functioning purely at the strategic level without execution or remaining confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid
Key responsibilities
Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and decreased negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support function with both quantitative and relational elements
- Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
- Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a child-centered coaching approach
- Experience creating workflows and automations using AI
Nice to have
- Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or verified success enhancing outcomes via data-informed strategies
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methodologies, and fundamental coding capabilities (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for accessing AI APIs
