Learning Experience Designer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

Consider the model: children complete a full day's academic work in two highly concentrated hours, then spend afternoons launching podcasts, painting murals, or mastering back-handsprings. This is the 2-Hour Learning framework that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the strategist maintaining its momentum while pioneering its evolution.

From any location with reliable internet, you will convert vast streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, timely interventions that guide every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When a student encounters an obstacle, you will conduct a live coaching session, eliminate the barrier immediately, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance datasets, identifying concealed patterns that unlock children's complete potential and engineering next-generation AI tools that may double learning velocity.

Parents observe dramatic growth in self-confidence, students accelerate their learning pace twofold, and you witness the tangible results of every insight you generate, every AI process you streamline, and every inquiry you pose. Prepared to convert data into acceleration fuel for young learners? Continue reading.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing systematic evaluations to identify problems, detect irregularities, and initiate corrections within 48 hours
  • Conducting urgent-response "rescue" sessions and delivering post-assessment coaching to eliminate obstacles, distinguish knowledge deficits from mistakes, and sustain student motivation
  • Assessing and integrating new educational applications and materials while engineering AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning methodologies and address specific obstacles
  • Coordinating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances

What you will NOT be doing

  • Attending prolonged meetings or delivering generic presentations with no visibility into actual results
  • Marking assignments, developing lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation power our approach
  • Working in high-level planning without execution or becoming confined to repetitive tasks—this position is hands-on and fluid

Key responsibilities

Advance superior student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and diminished negative learning patterns throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven capability in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student-support function with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions
  • Competency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities and a student-friendly coaching approach
  • Experience creating workflows and automations using AI
  • Minimum 1 year experience working directly with K-8 students
  • Availability to work during mandatory core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

  • Foundation in learning science, educational theory, or documented achievement enhancing outcomes through data-informed strategies
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompting methods, and foundational coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for accessing AI APIs
